Recurring invoices
Automatically charge your clients at fixed schedules via credit card or direct debit (ACH). While invoices could be created automatically with automations, recurring invoices will take the ‘payment’ step out of the client's hands and it will happen automatically. Clients will be presented with a professional page to review, enter their bank/credit card details and approve the recurring invoice. For each recurring invoice, you will be able to see: Aggregate invoice amount ($1000 at 12 months = $12,000) Paid to date ($3000 paid so far on 3 payments) Balance ($9000 balance on this recurring invoice schedule

@mentions in Job cards
We are excited to announce a new feature on our Jobs – the ability to mention your teammates! When working on a Job card, you can mention specific team members to notify them and make sure that everyone is on the same page. This will improve intra-firm communication and collaboration on projects. To mention a teammate, simply type the "@" symbol followed by their username in the new comment section of the job card. They will receive a notification and will be able to view and respond to the job card. With this addition, @mentions will be available on Tasks, Account notes and messages, and we plan to incorporate this functionality across the TaxDome platform. We hope this new feature will help you and your team work more efficiently.

Firm insights
The goal of the new dashboard is to provide the most important information about your firm at a glance. To that end, it is being renamed to insights and will continue to grow. Here is the base functionality we are working on now: Help plan your own work Help oversee work of your team See all pending client activity and click the data to see the results Example: 50 clients who have pending signatures -- click 50 and open the list of clients Control workload and priority by team Example: You have 3 employees. See the summary for distribution of priorities or the number of overdue Jobs that need your attention. Just like with client activities, with just 1 click you will go to the list and take action. Flexibility -- each of the above is a 'widget' of information. Add or hide widgets to make sure you see the information that's important to you
