The goal of the new dashboard is to provide the most important information about your firm at a glance.
To that end, it is being renamed to insights and will continue to grow.
Here is the base functionality we are working on now:
- Help plan your own work
- Help oversee work of your team
- See all pending client activity and click the data to see the results
Example: 50 clients who have pending signatures -- click 50 and open the list of clients
- Control workload and priority by team
Example: You have 3 employees. See the summary for distribution of priorities or the number of overdue Jobs that need your attention. Just like with client activities, with just 1 click you will go to the list and take action.
- Flexibility -- each of the above is a 'widget' of information. Add or hide widgets to make sure you see the information that's important to you

Hi guys - this is already on the roadmap and we've presented what will be there. Would save feature requests and ideas until it's released - anything posted on this thread is not an efficient method of posting since this will be marked 'complete' once we roll it out.

Need to switch between tasks assigned to me and all tasks for customers I have access to. Just seeing all tasks I have access to / all clients will make the dashboard unusable.
- Chart/histogram: How many tasks going forward
- Chart/histogram: completed tasks
- List of all my tasks.
- Notepad (my notes)
- URLs: Admin define a set with URLs for the whole team
- Calendar with tasks due today / this week: Not with start date, only due date
- Chart showing how many
- Task by type of work (tag)
- Due tasks by type of work (tag)
- bar chart: Number of incompleted tasks the next x (1,2,3) weeks for each employee (assignee)
- bar chart: Number of completed tasks the last x (1,2,3) weeks for each employee (assignee)
- bar chart: number of overdue, uncompleted task each employee (assignee). Could do divided bar chart for each assignee where one part is upcoming, one part is due the next 3 days, the last is overdue
- try to display if users manage to mark tasks as completed before the due date or how many days after
- Number of clients for each tag
Could probably get some ideas from asana, monday.com etc
The dashboad should also consider the defined project leader:

Kalle Granlund Very important that we can filter on:
- My clients / my tasks (assigned to me).
- Team: Tasks/clients on all clients I have access to (member of)
- One team member: Choose a user and see statistics on that user. Of course users cant choose another user and see his/her statistics, so only see statistics on clients you have access to. So if Kalle and Are are team members together on 5 clients and I (Are) choose to filter on Kalle I can see task statistics on tasks assigned to Kalle on those 5 clients.

Kalle Granlund: One issue I'm having with the new insights is that pieces of prior jobs that were 'archived' still show up on pending client activity. IE my insights show 11 organizer pending client activity, but I have no current in progress jobs/pipelines. Once archived can these go away, since presumably we finished the task without the client having officially submitted a step?

When you say links to often used websites - what are those? Ie - this ticket is for the firm dashboard not client-facing portal
