In addition to emails and secure messages, we will be adding the ability for firms to send and receive SMS messages to their clients.
You will be able to send SMS as one-off and as automations
You will be able to reply to SMS received from your clients
While secure messages (similar to Whatsapp, but integrated with your portal) offer additional functionality (client tasks, automatic reminders if message is unread, attached documents, etc) - SMS will offer a way for you to communicate with your clients on their phone without using any additional apps and not via email.

Have you considered adding SMS to reminders?^
If so we would love to have:
First x reminders on email THEN x reminders on SMS
Reminders if not answering organizers, messages etc.
